Has been in the industry for 30 years, at every level, from laborer to management. He has overseen jobs of all sizes, from patch work to 300-unit multi-family developments. He’s worked alongside JE Dunn, Crossland, Rich Kramer, and Bailey Pyle. At the moment Roger is overseeing River Ranch Apartments, Anthony Park Villas, and all Residentials. Roger has a relationship heavy personality; he enjoys getting to know the GC and working together as one.
